The lady that dealt with us was extremely pleasant and very helpful. Sadly cant remember her name but she deserves recognition for her customer service. She went above and beyond what was expected. Her name may have been Kelley.
From getting a reminder to picking the car up the service is excellent. I was informed of an update required on the software and a courtesy car arranged all without any issue. can't ask for more.

See above. felt like this was 'scaremongering' to unsuspecting customers. I don't feel identification of a potential 'wheel buckling' took place as the wheels were not removed from the vehicle and the tyre pressures were not even checked.
The key fob was not updated with the service details and I had to makes a second 40 mile round trip to get it done. Otherwise would have been much higher.
Service carried out on time and was kept fully up to date throughout.

As previously said I had a bad experience at 1 Mini dealership but Bowker definitely got rid of that bad taste and were brilliant throughout.
The mini showroom is being renovated and as a result i had to go to the bmw main showroom where everyone seems to take themselves a bit to seriously.

Bowkers were helpful with the date. They texted to remind me and the car was ready when it was required back. They were very good at explaining the service and checks which were carried out. Good coffee!!
Friendly and efficient.
I was unable to get my car to the garage for its Service. Bowker Blackburn didn't hesitate when I requested for it to be collected. They picked up my car on time returning it later the same day, service done, washed and vacuumed. Excellent service!
