When I arrived to pick up the car I noticed a scratch on the trim around the wheel arch. I didn't expect to find any fault with it. Although it was fixed later in the week it was a slight disappointment.

I am happy with the service provided however a person who clean my car lost or vacuumed my pen drive which I had in the car at the time of service.

Told it was a service only to find out it was a health check. Then was asked for £10 insurance or it could be £1500 XS. Had to ask for a car as well , no car was offered over the phone

The valet etc was completed at the BMW garage. The Centre had to keep my car for an extra day due to updating computer software and the stain I asked to be worked on is still there, although not as bad as before

I was told that it would take1hour for both a service and mot.I asked when I booked the appointment and again when I arrived for the12.30 appointment.i was offered a vac and wash so I said yes thinking i would be ok for time.igot my car back at 2.45!

I waited quite a long time to be seen and was late for work. Usually when I go to Mini it takes 10-15 mins, I was there an hour at BMW. But I understand staff need to take holidays so this is something that can't be helped sometimes.
